Dr Helwig would be happy to participate and perform FREE lectures to your employees, and or participants in-house whenever is convenient for you. Some topics Dr Helwig spoke about in the past are:

• Headaches, dizziness, numbness, herniated discs, arthritis, shoulder and hip pain, and arm, hand, and leg pain that's due to dysfunction of the neck or lower back.
• Health and importance of staying active  
• Stress management
• Improving posture

Dr. Helwig spoke on these topics at Queen of Peace high school, Palos Hills community center; he also has done lectures at the Oak Lawn and Burbank Senior centers.  And many other facilities. 

We have performed spinal screenings and chair massages at various local businesses such as the Vitamin Shoppe in Burbank, Sleep Number Beds in Westfield Chicago Ridge Mall, and various festivals in Oak Lawn, Evergreen Park, Blue Island, and Worth.
