Judith(Judy) (Massage Therapist) I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since Feb 2007. I have been working at 21st Century Chiropractic since May 2007 and love what I do.  I love making the patients feel better. I enjoy making people laugh.  I have a degree in the arts.  Photography is my second love Hobbies include: Music, photography, sports, animals, outdoors, and enjoying life.

Derenice   (Massage Therapist) I am a Massage Therapist, I really love my job especially being able to help our patients.  I have a little two year old.  A three year old boxer chihuahua mix and have been married for almost five years.  On my free days I like going to the park with my family, going for walks, and enjoying nature.

Maggie (Chiropractic Assistant) I have been working at 21st Century Chiropractic since May 09 and i love what I do.  I will be getting married in December to a wonderful man who I have been with for 8 years.  I am also a big Cubs fan.

Ricardo (Massage Therapist) I've been a massage therapist since 2009.  I really enjoy what I do because all my life I have wanted to help people.  I truely enjoy working here because all of us want to make a difference in our patients lives.  GO WHITE SOX!!!

Mike (Massage Therapist) I am a massage therapist who loves hearing when pateints come in our office and says how wonderful they are feeling from the care we provide.  I have a lot of energy and enjoy the outdoors.  Hobbies include swimming, hiking,biking, and dancing.

Carrie (Massage therapist) I graduated from The Soma Institute in 2008 as a massage therapist.  I have been working at 21st Century Chiropractic since April 2011.  I love working as a massage therapist and helping patients relieve their pain.  It makes me so happy to hear positive feedback from chiropractic care.  Outside of work I enjoy cooking and spending time with the people I love. Sundays are my favorite becuase of DA BEARS=)

Kristin (Front Desk) I recently graduated with a degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois and starting at 21st Century Chiropractic has given me a first-hand look at the positive impact this form of therapy can have on my life, as well as, on our patient's overall well-being.  In my free time I love movies, music and being outdoors.  Especially when it comes to supporting my favorite teams, the illini and the cubs! 

Gail (Benefits Coordinator) I'm married & have 3 children.  In my free time I love to read & go sailing 21st Century has certainly helped to make my life more pain free.  I'm not only an employee, I'm also a patient :)  (Go White Sox)

Jennifer  (Patient Relations) I have been working at 21st Century Chiropractic since April of 2007. I am a Chicago White Sox fan.  And I like working here because its nice to see the patients getting better day after day. 

Andrea (Office Manager) I worked in dentistry for 23 years before working for Dr. Helwig.  I enjoy the many different facts of chiropractic care I am learning now.
