Ability to pay is of deep concern to many patients. We share your concern and are prepared to offer you a number of payment options.

• If you have insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients.
• Cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Medicare are accepted.
• Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by insurance.

All 21st Century Chiropractic office visits will vary depending on the customized care required, Spinal Decompression Therapy, Pro-Adjuster, Cold Laser Therapy, Electro-Muscle Stimulation, Physical Therapy Massage, etc. We only do those procedures necessary for the best recovery possible…you have the choice as to the extent of care. Our professional staff will review up front with you all costs, payment options and insurance coverage. Finances should not stand in the way of you and your good health.
